The Death and Return of Superman is a side scrolling beat ’em up action arcade game featuring the American super hero Superman. Released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and Genesis Drive back in 1994, this game is based on the story line of the comic book “The Death of Superman”, and includes characters from the comics. Unlike the Superman you know, in this game, the hero’s invulnerability is removed! Beware of the enemy’s weapons and use your super human strength.
