The game is based on the television franchise Power Rangers. The game revolves around the evil plans of the Emperor Gruumm and Omega Ranger who detected the Emperor's evil plan and informed the rest of the rangers to take action. The DS version features cinematics and screensnaps that feature Zedd, and Gluto.
