The entire nation is infested with a virus that turned everyone into violent mutants! Clean up the town before the virus spreads in Mutation Nation! Beat the vicious mutants into a pulp and show them no mercy and try to survive this challenging beat’em up game!

Mutation Nation is a side-scrolling beat’em up classic arcade game released in 1991. The game starts in the year 2050 when a mad scientist was shut down due to his bizarre biological experiments. Years later, the once laboratory became slums and residence of thousands of people. However, a virus suddenly surfaced and turned everyone infected into vicious mutants. The game features two characters Ricky Hones and Johnny Hart who are fierce fighters who have taken justice in their own hands.
