Follow Solid Snake, a rookie operative that later became a legend, as he infiltrates a fortified military compound known as Outer Heaven in Metal Gear! Escape enemy’s sight and use stealth to your advantage.
Metal Gear is one of the earliest stealth action video game and is one of the first games of the Metal Gear Solid franchise. Released back in 1987 for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), the player must navigate the main character, codenamed Solid Snake, through various locations inside enemy lines while avoiding contact and direct confrontation with the guards and security patrolling in the area. Go on a solo mission to infiltrate bases and complete various missions. Destroy the Metal Gear and stop CaTaffy’s reign of terror.
