Heavyweight Champ is a boxing simulator video game released back in 1991 for the SEGA Master System, and is a remake of the classic 1976 game of the same name. The game is tied to not one, but two professional boxing champions; George Foreman and James “Buster” Douglas. Unlike the original classic game, the game features a “shoulder cam” perspective and the player must face a series of opponents, having a three-minute match each. The arcade version of the game features two punch controllers and the player can move around the cabinet to “dodge” punches and avoid attacks.
