Destiny of an Emperor (also known as “The Devouring of Heaven and Earth”) is a Japanese strategy role-playing video game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) that was originally released back in 1989. The game is based on a Japanese manga “Tenchi wo Kurau” and follows the story of a popular Chinese figure Liu Bei and his sword brothers. The game itself is loosely based on the novel and franchise “Romance of the Three Kingdoms”.
