Boulder Dash is a classic maze puzzler video game where your goal is to simply collect diamonds and other gems, then make it to the end of the level before time runs out. There will be tons of dangerous traps, and monsters along the way that you must avoid. The player must also keep an eye out for various dangers like an avalanche, underground explosions, landslides, rockslides, and more that will crush the protagonist. Originally released for the arcades back in 1984, the game features numerous versions, ports, and sequels, including a port for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).
